●Responsibilities
As an Analyst with us, you will provide research and analytical support associated with acquisitions, development
projects and/or asset management of operating properties. You will be exposed to various aspects of real estate
investment management including market research, underwriting of acquisitions and developments, financial
modeling, investment strategy, asset management and administration of investor requirements. Responsibilities may

include but are not limited to:
・ Perform feasibility, economic and financial analyses of new investment and development opportunities
・ Review cash flows and financial statements
・ Research prospective markets
・ Utilize internal and external resources as well as market intelligence to assist in investment strategy
・ General support of senior team members in decision-making and strategy execution
・ Coordination and preparation of special projects as needed
・ General support of senior team members in the due diligence and closing processes

●Minimum Requirements include
・ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
・ Native Japanese; business level English
・ Three or more years of experience in investments or financial analysis
・ Real estate experience preferred
・ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
・ Strong understanding of discounted cash flow analysis
・ Strong analytical/quantitative skills
・ Strong interpersonal/communication skills
