SaT Lab is a newly established team within us that is comprised of individuals who are dedicated to leveraging the power of digital tools, new technology, and artificial intelligence to help clients to solve problems whether they relate to their transactions or strategy.

We get to bring cutting edge technologies to clients in Japan and shape the future for M&A activities and value creation.

●Roles & Responsibilities
・Help understand how new technology is fundamentally changing industries, business models, operations and society as a whole.
・Help build robust business cases for tech solutions to support our clients go/no-go decisions, including ROI calculations of business benefits and scenario analysis.
・Drive and execute initiatives by leveraging AI concepts and the ever-expanding data assets of our clients.
・Translate new strategy ideas into a realistic realization approach, roadmap and project plan(s).
・Lead and manage the outsourcing of technical tasks such as development and implementation.
・Assemble and lead multi-disciplinary teams to get the job done, working together with business and industry experts, data consultants, scientists, architects and engineers.
・Follow market trends and strategic goals impacting our client’s organization and embed it into our solutions.
・Evangelize the power of AI, both internally and externally and act as an ambassador for SaT Lab team.

●What specs for the senior consultant
・Multi-year experience in strategy consulting including the development of innovation strategies.
・Over 5 years’ experience of which at least 2 years for consulting firm.
・Strategic storyteller, experienced in the identification of value creation opportunities.
・Capable of developing big ideas and proactively involving technicians/engineers in their execution.
・Ability or experience managing the outsourcing of technical work.
・Strong client orientation, understanding of client needs and ability to translate data quality aspects into action-oriented measures.
・Passionate, knowledgeable and convincing in unlocking the value of technology incl. big data, advanced analytics, AI, cloud, and data ethics.
・Unafraid of conceiving and planning radical innovation.
