●Your key responsibilities:
〈VP〉
・Cross border M&A deal execution, including the day to day communication with relevant clients, organizing a meetings with professional teams and lead the discussions, etc
・Collaborating with colleagues locally / overseas to leverage the firm’s existing relationships & develop a strategy to increase promotion / revenue from such client base.
・Initiate the M&A marketing work including the M&A market data analysis, presentation of Japan M&A strategy to global teams, etc
Provide support in the execution of M&A transactions, capital markets and corporate finance assignments such as:

〈AC〉
-Prepare valuations (DCF etc), comparable companies, precedent transactions analysis
-Prepare financial analyses models for specific sectors, companies Conduct due diligence investigations of client companies
-Create minutes on client meetings/IR meetings
-Supporting the preparation of detailed memoranda and presentations/pitchbooks
-Performing extensive research on market trends/development, as well as conducting research potential buyers/investors
-Offer a wide range of capital market products, from debt to equity,

●Experience/Exposure
〈VP〉
・M&A execution skills in cross border M&A (Japan outbound)
・Good to have a good industry experience in FIG, Consumer, TMT, Industrial, and Pharma/Chemical
・Natural resources and transportation experience would be subject to further discussion

〈AC〉
・Investment Banking and/or big 4 (TAS/FAS) experience preferred
・Strong financial skill set: familiar with P/L, BS
・Data management and research skills
・Analytical skills
・Strong interest in M&A and/or capital markets is a must (execution experience is ・prefereable for Analyst and required to be considered for Associate level)

●Education/Qualifications
・University Graduate or higher degree holder
・Fluency in both English and Japanese languages
