ITアーキテクトとして、当社グループ海外地域メンバーと調整しながら、当社グループ日本地域（主にグループ證券会社リテール部門、国内グループ会社）のエンタープライズアーキテクチャの検討・策定・推進を実施いたします。現在当社ではクラウドネイティブ技術を使ったプライベート/パブリッククラウドの活用及び当社グループ全体の各種アーキテクチャーの標準化を進めております。各セグメントで個別最適になっているアーキテクチャーをどのように標準化して効率化していくか検討し、推進いたします。
また、策定したアーキテクチャーや移行計画を実現するためにグループ標準アーキテクチャー方針書やクラウド利用ポリシーなどポリシーやガイドライン等のドキュメントの作成も実施いたします。

The successful candidate will work in the capacity as an IT architect to interact and coordinate with Our Group global and regional members to consider, develop and promote enterprise architecture for Our Group Japan region. At Our Company, we are currently going through the process to utilize private/public cloud with cloud native technologies and have standard architectures for Our Group. This process involves the practice of designing how the existing architectures that are most suitable for each segment can be standardized to achieve higher efficiency.
In addition, a set of documentation of internal policies and guidelines such as group architecture policy, cloud policy needs to be created for successful architecture migration according to planned approaches.

●必須要件 Mandatory
・ITアーキテクトあるいはITコンサルタントとしての実務経験、あるいはエンタープライズアーキテクチャ策定や会社全体のシステム構想検討に携わった経験
・IT部門だけでなく、ビジネス部門を含む社内外の様々な関係者との調整・交渉ができるコミュニケーション力、PowerPoint/Word文書作成能力（日本語）
・日本語及び英語によるコミュニケーションスキル（ビジネスレベル）

・Proven work experience as an IT Architect or IT Consultant, or Experience developing enterprise architecture or planning or designing an organization-wide system scheme or concept
・Communication skills to interact and negotiate not only with IT members but also with other internal and external stakeholders including business. Microsoft Office skills required for document and presentation creation (in Japanese) including PowerPoint and Word.
・Japanese and English business-level communication skills
