・Design and implement end-to-end data solutions in AWS Cloud, implement ETL and data management solutions using AWS Glue service
・Provide AWS data management solutions to process, maintain and secure historical and real-time Data Lake applications data
・Develop an understanding of business needs and translate those needs into technological systems, design specifications and solutions.
・Oversee data strategy project teams with resources specializing in business analysis, technology architecture and data management considering AWS Cloud platform.
・Ensure alignment between the client’s business needs of the future state with the architecture, operating model and data quality recommendations delivered by the project team
・Work with the Business and IT stakeholders to understand their vision and challenges w.r.t Data.
・Understand and document current state pain points including limitations caused by existing data assets, operating model, or technology stack.
・Work with client leadership to identify and set their objectives of the data strategy engagement, align on the scope and approach for meeting these objectives, and lead the execution of the engagement to meet these objectives.

【Required skills】
・Total 15 Years’ experience out of which 5 years in a AWS Architect role.
・5+ years hands-on development experience with open-source software platforms and languages (e.g. Java, Linux, Apache, Perl/Python/PHP, Chef, Scala)
・5+ years of hands-on technical experience working on AWS cloud platform
components like RDS, Redshift, EC-2
・Able to execute engagements across building data management strategy, data quality strategy
・Bilingual communication skills in both English and Japanese
