●Your Role and Responsibilities
This position is for a PM/IT Specialist who will be responsible for various projects from proposal to execution for government customers.

The position will be responsible for the following.
Oversee and manage large-scale application development projects.
Propose, develop, and build systems that utilize cutting-edge technologies in the cloud.
Propose, develop, and build systems that utilize cutting-edge technologies in the cloud.
Oversee and manage development projects such as new businesses that require short-term construction in the cloud.

Specific clients: Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Cabinet Office, Diet, local governments, etc.

●Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience as PM or PL for prime and large scale projects in the government industry.

●Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 730 points or above is preferred.
