Core Responsibilities
・Work with team to grow the company’s private equity business in Japan by contributing in investment origination,
execution, and asset management
・Assist in deal sourcing and screening by meeting with brokers, developers, asset managers, trust banks, as well
as arranging deal pipeline, and checking market transaction information
・ Conduct in-depth market research and evaluating real estate investments opportunities in Japan, with focus in
Japan hospitality sector
・ Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities for investment committee
・ Financial modelling of potential investment opportunities and present to the team and the management
・Manage execution process including due diligence, structuring, finance arrangement, and closing
・Manage current real estate investments, including communicating with asset managers, property managers,
lessees (operators), and draft periodic written updates to management and investors
・Assist in drafting marketing materials for fundraising activities and ad-hoc investor communications
・Assist the team in the company’s daily operations including secretarial/administrative works

Job Requirements
・Fresh graduates, or 1 - 2 years real estate investment related experience. Experience in hospitality sector would
be considered as a plus
・Genuine interest in the real estate industry, hospitality sector, and investment management
・Passionate to be part of a fast-paced professional team, have the chance to work on various types of tasks, and
to grow as a professional investment manager
・Team player with good analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build strong working
relationships with internal and external parties
・Self-motivated, proactive, independent, committed, and able to work under time pressure with strong work ethic
・Detail-oriented and able to multitask, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities
・Good command of written and spoken English and Japanese
