Our Microsoft Business Unit works with customers worldwide to accelerate their multi-horizon cloud transformation journeys. With over 50,000 trained professionals on Microsoft technologies, Our Company has completed over 1,000 successful Azure engagements for more than 225 global customers. We are one of the most recognized partners in Microsoft’s ecosystem, achieving all 18 Microsoft Gold Competencies and 13 Microsoft Advanced Specializations and is a designated Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Partner.
Our Microsoft Business Unit in Japan is working to help Japanese corporations accelerate their digital journey leveraging the Microsoft Cloud (M365, D365 and Azure). The unit works in collaboration with Our Global Unit to bring the global best in a localized manner to our customers in Japan.
●Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Microsoft Cloud: Will work jointly with the MBU Geography Head across all three Microsoft Clouds- Digital Workplace, Azure and Dynamics 365.
2. Organization Management / Ownership: Will centrally own all MBU related deliveries and will work across Our Company in Japan and MBU Global teams to build the necessary delivery structures in a localized or hybrid model as per the customer requirement. He will be the single owner across the MBU onsite, offshore and expat delivery members.
3. Revenue: The Delivery lead will be responsible to deliver the revenues as committed to the management every quarter. He will be responsible to build and drive the delivery and project milestones to achieve the same.
4. Team Development: Will own the MBU Japan delivery team. The lead will contribute to expanding the team by hiring new members. He will also contribute to development of existing members by training locally or through global programs.
5. Program Management: Work with multiple project managers to manage the QCD of each project. Also, For priority customers, Will also participate in strengthening relationships with customer stakeholders.
Proposal Support: Participate in activities to improve the quality of proposals in collaboration with the pre-sales and CoE teams.
6. Localization of global solutions: Work closely with the global CoE team to support the localization of Microsoft solutions deployed by Our Global.

●Must Haves:
- Market Understanding: Should have a deep understanding of the Japan market and business culture. (Candidates with 10+ years of market experience)
- Language: Should be bi-lingual- English and Japanese
- Connects: Should have a proven track record of building customer relations and business.
- Technology understanding: Should have an overall understanding of various Microsoft technologies, products and their market relevance to create and build business models.
- Management: Proven track record in the management of 20 or more personnel. and experience in workforce planning and organizational management.
- Market Understanding: Should have a deep understanding of the Japan market and business culture. (Candidates with 10+ years of market experience)
