＜Key Responsibilities:＞
Assist in advice on Japan Financial Instruments & Exchange Act and other key regulations
Assist in implementing regulatory change, enhancing controls and escalations from the Surveillance team with the Business leads
Review marketing materials and risk explanatory documents for clients
Administration of client complaints, information sharing agreements
Minute taking of key Suitability forums and
Support training initiatives

＜The candidate will have:＞
FIC Compliance experience preferred
FIC product experience a plus
Ability to read and interpret Japanese regulations
Experience in reading and interpreting regulations

＜The candidate will be:＞
JSDA Internal Control Manager’s exam a plus and other Japanese regulatory exams
Proficient in Japanese language and business English language level

＜Have attention to detail＞
Good interpersonal skills
