仕事内容
We are seeking experienced Senior Managers/Experienced Managers to join our Technology Consulting Practice in Tokyo. As a part of our growing practice, these leaders will play a critical role in building and expanding our capabilities to deliver world-class engagements for package-based COTS solutions (see list below), as well as driving overall Digital Transformation (DX) programs. In addition to the standard consulting responsibilities such as leading engagements, managing client relationships, and mitigating engagement risks, these leaders will have a unique focus in coaching and developing junior staff members through an apprenticeship model.
●Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage technology consulting engagements, ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and achievement of project objectives.
2. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and helping clients navigate complex technology challenges.
3. Drive DX transformation programs, leveraging SAP, CRM, and other COTS solutions to enable digital innovation and business growth for clients.
4. Coach and mentor junior staff members in a structured apprenticeship model, fostering their growth and development by providing guidance, feedback, and support.
5. Teach and promote the use of firm tools, methodologies, and engagement governance principles to ensure consistent and high-quality project delivery.
6. Contribute to the establishment and growth of a regional Center of Excellence for PMO and Engagement Management, developing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Work collaboratively with multi-cultural teams, demonstrating strong intercultural communication and adaptability to effectively engage with international clients and lead local Japanese teams.
8. Collaborate with practice leadership to identify business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the practice.

必要スキル
●Requirements:
1. Significant experience in technology consulting, with a focus on SAP, SFDC, MSFT Power Platform and MSFT Dynamics and other COTS solution implementations or custom-built DX transformation programs.
2. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technology projects within large organizations.
3. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and grow junior staff members in a collaborative and supportive manner.
4. In-depth knowledge of consulting methodologies, engagement governance principles, and project management frameworks.
5. Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs, provide strategic advice, and build lasting partnerships.
6. Cultural intelligence and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, adapting communication and leadership styles as needed.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging digital transformation strategies.
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
10. Proactive, result-oriented, and resilient personality, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment.
