Learning and Training: Participate in the daily treasury operations, including liquidity management, FX positions, and cash flow reporting, under the guidance of senior staff.
Supportive Role: Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to cash flow management and liquidity.
Policy and Procedures: Learn and contribute to the implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
Funding and Lending Activities: Assist in the preparation of loan contracts, funding activities, and inter-group loans.
Collaborate: Work closely with senior team members, assisting with various tasks related to treasury management, and contributing to the overall operations of the department.
Learning Opportunities: Gradually take on more complex tasks as you build your knowledge and expertise in the department

必要スキル
・Education: A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Potential to Learn: A strong desire to learn about financial markets, treasury operations, and liquidity management.
Analytical Ability: Basic understanding of financial concepts and a keen interest in developing these skills further.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with others and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate in both languages.
Motivation: A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative while learning on the job.
