仕事内容

投資顧問会社における営業業務
Introduce the company’s products and solutions mainly to Japanese financial institutions with a goal of achieving revenue and AUM growth targets both at the team and individual levels by winning new clients and mandates
Develop strong and long-term relationship with the target clients to build and strengthen the company’s brand in Japan as a trusted advisor for the clients
Target clients include, but are not limited to, Japanese insurers, banks (both mega- and regional), public pensions, and financial intermediaries for HNW/retail individuals
Provide high-quality client service for existing clients, working together with Product Specialists and other relevant internal resources
Develop both short- and long-term strategies for cultivating and growing non-pension business, working together with the team members

必要スキル

Education
University qualification with a bachelor’s degree

Experience
Ideally 5 years or longer of experience as a sales covering Japanese financial institutions either in asset management or securities industry

Knowledge and skills
An understanding of financial markets as well as asset management products and solutions
An understanding of balance-sheet investment of Japanese financial institutions including insurers and banks
Strong existing relationship and/or relationship building skills with various Japanese financial institutions
A self-starter and a strong team player with project management and multi-tasking skills
Strong communication skills in both Japanese and business-level English

Other Requirements
CMA/CFA and JSDA Class 1 Representative would be a plus
