・情報システム部門のみならず、事業部門を含む他部門の課題解決に向け、当社のグローバルでの成功事例を活用しながら、営業担当やデリバリー部隊とともに案件発掘からクロージング及びフォローまで責任者として活動

Experienced Japanese Bi-Lingual Consultant with excellent track record in General Insurance business functions, operations and IT liaison for Heads of the Business Departments.

＜Duties and Responsibilities＞
To involve in Business & IT transformation initiatives and identify business opportunities & offer advisory services to the heads of business departments and consultants in customer organization. To give direction at Unit/Corporate level, offer solutions for complex business problems and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth. To augment first line of contact with business, assess their needs/wants and pioneering the development of IT solutions.

・ Provides General insurance domain expertise and GTM advisory services to consultants and segment heads across the organizations
・ Understands complex business requirements across LoBs and customer-based business process and proposes business solution addressing multi-disciplinary problems in a large business/IT transformation environment
・ Understands the business / technology direction of the organization and drives collaboration across organizational units and work with multi-disciplinary team of domain consultants and business analysts
・ Identifies the potential solutions / offerings focusing on the life cycle of general insurance business process
・ Understands the As-Is business functions and conceptualize the To-Be solutions offerings with the aid of tools and techniques such as modeling, wireframing, prototyping, storyboarding etc.
・ Providing domain/technology inputs explaining the trend, business requirements, overall solution, and value proposition.
・ Review the solution to see if it meets the business needs of the client as specified in the proposal and requirements document
・ Creates and qualifies new process improvement opportunities
・ Work with customers team on competitive insurance market intelligence
・ Liaises with external vendors / alliances and evaluates the insurance offerings available with them and customizes to create new offerings as per the client requirements
・ Builds a political landscape to strengthen relationships using powerful network
・ Identifies the Client’s Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and collaboratively prepares Values Propositions that addresses the CSFs
・ Creates and disseminates information in required formats to concerned stakeholders
・ Participates in industry standard associations & forums and publishes white papers
