1. Application (Safety database ""Aris"")support , Incident , SR and change management, JIRA or other ticketing tools
2. Hands-on with business and system configuration of safety solution
3. Drug Safety business processes for case processing and reporting
4. Handling customer interactions, end users over multiple time zones

必要スキル

●Must
・Hands-on with business and system configuration of safety solution
・Experience in implementation/ support of safety system at pharma organization or CRO
・Experience with integration projects in the safety domain using E2B
・Familiar with database schema for leading safety solutions

●Want
・Good knowledge on Pharmacovigilance process
・Proficient level of working knowledge on writing PL/SQL queries, Jscript, PostgreSQL
・Demonstrate sense of ownership and independent responsibility

●Language
・Japanese Language Proficiency, Bilingual
