Working closely with Accounting team, Investment&Strategy team as well as operation team across the business, the FP&A manager will take a lead on the reporting to the management to support their decision making and report to the investors to share our business prospect.

Financial Planning: Developing and managing annual budgets and forecasts, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, and cash flow estimates.
Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. This may involve preparing financial reports, creating financial models, and performing sensitivity analysis.
Business Strategy: Supporting business strategy development by providing financial insights and analysis to inform decision-making.
Reporting and Communication: Preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate financial results and recommendations to stakeholders. This may include analyzing financial statements and creating executive summaries and dashboards.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, and working with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

【Required】
Skills and Experiences

3-5 years experience as FP&A
Detail conscious, with an ability to meet deadlines
Qualified to degree level, preferably to Masters level
Proven communicator (verbal and written) with the capability of building relationships quickly with a wide range of stakeholders across the business
Advanced Excel Skill
Experience with Power BI or Tableau and big data models is advantageous
Communication skills, patience, and open-mindedness to all ideas based on the trust
Must have high ethical standards be respectful to all stakeholders
Language

Fluency in English with conversational Japanese.
