The Global Markets Digital Strategy Department contributes to business transformation in Our Securities by formulating digital strategies for Global Markets. It is also in change of managing the trading platform across a variety of financial products. By analysing market data and various other data sources, we are developing trading platforms that make full use of advanced information technology; we routinely use mathematical modelling and workflow optimization to respond to investors needs around the world. We are closely collaborating with other departments in Sales and Trading and Technology. The department coverage starts from Japan (Headquarter) and expands to Asia and Global. ●Responsibilities
We are looking for experienced Product Manager to work on our algorithmic trading platform for Equities.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Japan equity market structure and experience in electronic trading platforms with a focus on algorithmic trading.
The candidate will track and analyse requests and gaps from the trading desks and liaise with the technology and product teams in order to deliver enhancements and solutions to the equity business.

●Requirements
・Proficient with algorithmic trading concepts and experience with Algorithmic Trading for Equities is required.
・Experience managing projects and priorities. Ability to interact with other departments as necessary to develop, implement and coordinate solutions.
・Business level in English - English is extensively used in the workplace, and you will be collaborating with teams in Hong Kong, India, and China
・Business level Japanese is strongly preferred.
