The Senior Support Analyst will provide onsite support for the our Tokyo office.

The Senior Support Analyst is accountable for the analysis, maintenance, and ultimate problem resolution of all technology support items in support of the Line of Business (LOBs) strategies.

The candidate should have experience in providing support to Global Markets Trading Floor users and must be able to think on their feet and act in a high pressured and fast paced environment. Must be fluent in English/Japanese

●Prefer university degree/college diploma in computer science, information technology, or engineering
●7+ years working experience in Banking applications and infrastructure support responsibilities

＜Technical experience (must)＞
●End user support
・Desktop/laptop Setup/Image and build desktop/laptops
・IPC Turrets/Nice Logger
・Mobile devices Airwatch (iPhone)

●Market Data: Bloomberg/Refinitiv
●Experienced in managing Servers (Windows/Linux); Database (SQL), ESXI/Vcenter; Data backup (Avamar)
●Knowledge of network infra
●Experienced in maintaining server room racks - Cabling/mounting
●Patching/Deployment: SCCM
●Monitoring/Scripting

＜Technical (nice to have)＞
・ Experience with Trading Applications:
・BBG TOMS/Broadway/Calypso/Markitwire/Tradeweb/DSTS/WSS
・Understanding of Fixed Income Trading workflow (Upstream/downstream)
・Experience with Japan regulatory systems
・Experience with AxiomSL

＜Knowledge＞

●Excellent hands-on experience supporting essential services such as but not limited to : Windows Server, Active Directory, RH Linux, RH Satellite, , VMware server virtualization, SAN Storage, DevOps, Splunk, Docker container.
●Knowledge of Windows 2019/2022, Linux Administrator, VMWare Administrator, Avamar
●Working knowledge of security controls for servers
●Understanding of IT risks and controls, change management, incident management
