当チームは主に財務・会計領域の基幹システムであるグローバル会計システムに関わる企画・統括を行っています。新たな金融・会計法制や金融商品への対応、生産性向上・業務効率化といった様々なテーマからビジネスへの貢献に向け、ファイナンス部門ユーザーをはじめIT部門、フロント・ミドル部門など部門の枠を超えて多様なステークホルダーと協働しています。
また当チームには海外オフショア部門もあり、様々なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと関わるなかで英語によるコミュニケーション力の向上や国際的な業務経験ができる機会を提供します。

We are responsible for governance and control of the Global Finance Architecture (GFA including the financial ledger) as well as perform Business Analyst advisory responsibilities for both Business and regulatory driven projects/changes.
The selected individual will work as a business analyst with close collaboration with finance business users, IT and other divisions based in Tokyo / Off-shore team to achieve the improving productivity, to deal with the finance / accounting regulation change, new financial products, etc.

●Responsibilities
1. グローバル会計システムに関するシステム企画・統括及び維持管理業務
・システムユーザーへのヒアリング・業務分析・要件定義、システム仕様書作成支援、システム開発・進捗管理、UAT（Use Acceptance Test）支援、システムリリース後のフォローアップ、案件優先度管理
・システムの安定運用に関わるマスターデータ管理、例外データ対応、インシデント分析・解決支援、問い合わせ対応等のシステム維持管理
・システム設計・仕様書等のドキュメント管理、セキュリティ権限管理、システム監査対応

2. EUCツールよる業務改善等の推進、運用管理業務
・ EUC（End-User Computing）ツールのインベントリ管理、開発ベンダとの協業・案件管理
・ 業務ルールおよび運用ポリシー等の策定


1. Business Analysis work to manage changes and maintain the finance ledger system
・ Analysis for business work flow, create BRD (Business Requirement Document), support of creating FSD (Functional Specification Document), IT development management, support of UAT (User Acceptance Test), post-release follow-up, change / priority management, stakeholder management
・ Day-to-day management / execution for stable operation such as master data management, exceptional data follow-up, incident analysis cooperating with business users / IT support team, responding to business inquiries
・ Document management, ID security access management, responding to audit requests / inquiries

2. EUC (End-User Computing) management for user improvement and control enhancement
・ EUC tool inventory management, change management cooperating with developer vendors
・ Establish / update operational rules and mantenance policy

●Mandatory
・ 日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル）
・ チームワークを重視し、ビジネスユーザー及びIT部門等とプロジェクト推進ができるコミュニケーションスキル
・ 物事を論理的に考え、問題解決に向けて主体的に推進する能力
・ 基礎的な会計・簿記の知識
・ Excel, Word, PowerPoint基礎スキル

・ Native level of Japanese and business level of English
・ Team oriented and high communication and stakeholder management skills
・ Self-starter and analytical / critical thinking for problem solving and decision making
・ Basic understanding of accounting / book keeping
・ Basic skills for Microsoft office tools - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

●Preferred
・ ITシステム開発、プロジェクト推進・管理、監査業務経験
・ コンサルティングファーム、金融機関における業務経験
・ デジタルツール（Python, Power BI, Alteryx, Excelマクロ等）に関する実践的スキル

・ IT development, project management / supervisory, audit experience
・ Consultancy, financial firm experience
・ Power BI, Alteryx and advanced Excel skills
