●Responsibilities
・Lead and manage Project teams involved in various implementation of IT projects to drive transformation of our company, and delivering high quality work within committed timeframes
・Implementation of effective governance structures, in conjunction with Design Authority, to ensure technical solutions can support Business Requirements as well as ensuring that Technical strategies are adhered
・Manage a Project team to coordinate all activities of the project (e.g. planning of overall project, work breakdown structure and manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, build a budget and actively manage through the lifecycle of the project)
・Lead a Project team with the execution of all project related activities, including business analysis to accurately comprehend and convey business requirements, from business users, into well written and detailed documentation to allow IT developers build to the exacting specifications of the business
・Prepare status reports, RAID logs and other artefacts at program level for various stakeholder groups
・Ensure standardization in the project/change management practices across program and align them with organization wide practices
・Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders and navigate within the organization to drive programs effectively
・Chair program working groups by setting the agenda and drive discussions along with the functional and technology leads
・Oversee annual budget preparation and work with functional business managers to track actuals during the year
・Conduct independent delivery risk assessments by adopting “gate checks” for key change initiatives in the program
・Build and improve capability to effectively and efficiently manage delivery by coaching and mentoring Project Managers in the global organization

●Mandatory
・10+ year of experience in the area of change / project management and IT delivery, working in the Investment Banking industry, with expert knowledge of associated Front to Back IT flows.
・Strong communication (in both English and Japanese) and senior stakeholder management skills to build solid, trusting business relationships, with an ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience (e.g. Front Office, Compliance, Operations, IT etc.) while managing business stakeholders’ expectations
・Creative and innovative thinking ability, that is to think ‘outside the box’, adopting, leveraging and applying both learnt agile and waterfall project methodologies and own experiences to implement solutions that best suit the circumstances of the project
・Excellent project and programme management skills including experience in large cross functional and/or cross geographical programmes
・Must have the ability to structure and implement robust Governance and Communication framework at program level
・Creative problem-solving ability and comfortable with working in ambiguous situations and be able to articulate clearly about the risks and issues.
・Ability to work independently with limited oversight with attention to detail and high quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment
・Ability to work and perform effectively with a diverse set of individuals in both English and Japanese, in a team environment
・Language requirements
　- Excellent spoken/written English
　- Excellent spoken/written Japanese (business level)

●Preferred
・Extensive IT PM experience working in an Investment Bank on projects related closely to the Front Office / Regulatory projects
・Spoken / written Japanese (Business level)
