This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new brand in the digital asset space. The company is a crypto business, which will deliver scalable, robust opportunities across trading, asset management, and ventures. The head office of the company is located in Switzerland, but we have decided to set up a branch office in Japan and are recruiting for this position.

■Responsibilities
・各種アラートのリアルタイム監視
・必要に応じ、デスクヘッド・地域ヘッドならびにコンプライアンスへのエスカレーション
・マニュアルに則ったキルスイッチ対応
・異常トレードやシステム不調を検出するアラートの新規開発支援
・各種カウンターパートとともに、follow-the-sunモデルを構築
・OTCトレーディングのビジネス分析(プロダクト・マネージャーと協働)
・執行モデルの改良(トレーダーと連携)

Mandatory skills/experiences：
・Capability to communicate in English (including Listening and Speaking) at business level
・ビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーション能力(リスニング・スピーキング含む)
Any of the following：
・Acquaintance with some basic relevant tech capabilities (eg. Python coding experience, touching CUI (eg. Linux, command prompt)) - you work with tech oriented trading team!
・Quants/Analytics related experience (on/off the job) and/or Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, engineering or equivalent field
・業務に関連するテクノロジー(Pythonを用いたコーディング/分析経験、CUI (LINUX等))の基本的な実装/使用経験
クオンツや分析関連の経験(業務内外問わず) and/or コンピュータサイエンス、数学、物理、工学もしくは同種の領域における学士号・修士号もしくは博士号

Preferred skills/experiences：
・Relevant job experience in algo trading, coding (advanced python and/or C++) is a huge plus
・Work experience in fast-paced and dynamic environment
・Business level Japanese for reading and writing, verbal conversation
・アルゴリズムトレーディングやコーディング(Python and/or C++ 中級以上)の業務経験
・動きが早い、且つダイナミックな環境における就業経験
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力(読み・書き・会話)

Preferred personalities：
・Strong interest into Digital Asset, including crypto
・Willingness to join all-weather start-up environment mitigated with some institutional constraints
・Passion for software development and hard sciences, inquisitive technology enthusiast
・Interest in systematic investment and trading strategies
・暗号資産を含む、デジタル・アセットへの強い関心を持つ方
・変化の激しいスタートアップ環境と制度上の制約が混在した環境にチャレンジしたい方
・ソフトウェア開発やハードサイエンスへの情熱、テクノロジーへの強い好奇心を持つ方
