The Technology Innovation Group (TIG) designs and develops a wide range of innovative solutions for business units across Our Company. Examples include administrative sites to manage free seating and customer reservations, online news portals, internal video services, chat bot technologies, data science solutions, and more. TIG places focus on quick value delivery through agile development practices, utilizing new technology applied in novel ways.

●Responsibilities
・Act as a hands-on project lead of small, agile teams to deliver quick solutions of value
・Mentor junior developers and assist with team managerial tasks
・Work both individually and with stakeholders to design and propose new initiatives
・Perform R&D, ideation, and POC development
・Manage project lifecycles from conception to delivery

●Mandatory
・Project and people management experience (>5 years managing at least 2-3 people)
・Back-end development experience using Java and Python (>7 years)
・Front-end web application development experience using frameworks such as Angular, React, and Spring Boot (>2 years)
・Experience with Docker and setting up/using CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, etc.)
・Proficiency with SQL and database table design (MySQL, Sybase, etc.)
・Experience with common development tools such as Git, Maven, Jira, and Confluence
・Business level English and Japanese language ability

●Preferred
・Agile project management skills
・Experience working with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
・Programming experience in other languages such as C#, C++, PHP, Pearl, etc.
・Financial knowledge and/or experience working in a financial institution
・Data science knowledge and experience
