●JOB DESCRIPTION

●Duties and Responsibilities / 職務範囲:
Manage all technical needs of assigned CSP and/or TEM accounts utilizing all available resources
Serve as a single technical point of contact and become the customer’s trusted advisor and the client solutions, expert
Listen to customers’ needs then Architect, Develop, and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs), Demos, and resentations
Understand the customer use cases and help develop part of the POC or Demo
Exhibit leadership skills during customer requirements analysis and creating technical solutions as well as identifying potential business opportunities
Understanding and contributing to relevant Open-source standards and community projects is a must. Participation in open-source projects will be business needs
Provide consistent market feedback to client
Remove technical barriers for client solutions
Increase client market share with each customer

Qualifications (Mandatory) ／ 応募条件（必須）:
7+ years of software development or solutions architecting experience in the following areas:
Working/functional knowledge of network stacks, switching, routing, etc.
Experience in network system-level solution design
Expertise in virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, orchestration, OpenStack, and cloud-native technologies
Linux background covering deployment, image build, application, and kernel development
Be hands-on in the development of customers’ proof of concepts (POCs), extending product features, and testing code
Technical Pre-sales Experience, comfort, and confidence in front of customer
Able to work independently in Customer locations/Labs

Qualifications (Preferred) ／ 応募条件（歓迎）:
Experience in open-source projects such as OpenStack, StarlingX, Kubernetes, and ONAP is a plus
Strong knowledge of wireless/cellular telecom, and 5G edge deployments
Exposure to SDN concepts, Network Function Virtualization (NFV), and ETSI-MANO
Adept at various programming languages: C++/C, scripting languages like Python, Perl, etc.
English language skills, enabling business discussion/dialogue
