仕事内容
●Developing the Overall Change Management Plan:
・Collaborate with business process leaders to define change management goals, implementation methods, and create a roadmap.
・Co-work with business process leads to establish the roadmap and define requirements considering end-to-end process .
●Planning and Executing Internal and External Communications:
・Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, including business process leads, IT team, and service operation team
・Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business needs and expectations.
・Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and challenges, providing clear and transparent communication.
・Lead workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives to foster employee engagement and promote adoption of change initiatives
●Talent Development Plan :
・Support the organization in adopting new ways of working to make future capabilities with associated functional area
・Co-work with HR team to execute Skill Strategy and Talent Development Strategy to uplift employee’s skills and ensure alignment with business processes.
●Performance Measurement & Reporting:
・Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure product success
・Track and report on the progress of KPIs with regular updates on outcomes and benefits realized.
・Ensure regularly reviews are conducted to assess the impact and identify opportunities for future improvements.
●Continuous Improvement:
・Iterate on the product/process based on feedback, performance data and evolving user needs
・Stay up to date on the industry trends, emerging technologies to continuously improve the organization’s digital transformation efforts.

必要スキル
【必須条件】
●Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
●Experience:
・5+ years of Change management experience,
・Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading Change management across various departments.
・Experience in talent development strategy and training execution is preferred.
・Experience in PMI(Post-Merge-Integration) is preferred.
●Skills:
・Strong Project management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to managing risks and overcoming challenges before/during/after transitions.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels as team player
・Strong problem solving skills and ability to think strategically while balancing user needs and business objectives
・Ability to drive change and manage resistance within an organization.
