【Job description】
- Manage succesful delivery of project co-working with India team
- Lead discussions with clients as well as various teams in our company to articulate client requirements, solution for the requirement and plan to complete the delivery.
- Create project plan and delivery plan for each project and monitor the progress continously and update all the stakeholders.
- Work with project teams to deliver the solutions, project related documentation and ensure all the queries from both sides are clarified and customer collaboration is ensured.
- Track and identify risks in project delivery and proactively close all the gaps for ensuring quality and on time delivery.
- Proactively plan team upskill, recruitment and manage resources in Japan
- Support pre-sales activity

【Explain the project】
CDPF (Construction Data Platform) is the IoT platform developed by our company to collect IoT data (Device data), store and consume. Open source smartcity based technology called FIWARE is used in combination with AWS to develop this platform.

As part of Phase-5 development we are working on
- Improving the Bi-drectional communication
- Developing custom IoT Agent
- Investigation on visualization technology framework
- Device management framework
- PoC development on Use case independent pipeline
- Investigate authentication requirements

【Required skills】
・製造関連のデリバリ業務に6年間従事した経験があること
・デジタル領域におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験(IoT、クラウド、AI、機械学習、エンジニアリングなど)
・異なる地域の複数のチームとの共同作業経験(グローバル/ハイブリッドモデル)
・IoTソリューションの経験と機械学習の理解
・コンサルティングやIoTエッジデバイス、産業用制御システムの経験

- 6 years of experience working in delivery in manufacturing related
- Experience in project management in digital area (IoT, Cloud, AI, Machine learning, Engineering etc.,)
- Experience working with multiple teams in different geo (global/hybrid model)
- Experience in IoT solution and understanding of Machine Learning
- Experience in Consulting or IoT Edge devices or Industrial Control Systems
