・当社の重要顧客に対して複数の ITインフラサービスを統括し、その総責任者としてサービスデリバリーをマネージしていただきます。お客様の課題解決やリクエストに対して最適な提案、顧客満足度の向上もミッションに含まれます。
・プロジェクト立ち上げ、計画策定、実行、モニタリング＆コントロールおよび終結のプロセスにおいて、プロジェクトチームをマネジメントし、納品する成果物に関する品質、コストおよび納期に責任をもってマネジメントして頂きます。
・Manage and lead multiple strands of IT infra services for our named account clients as the Manager in Charge of the respective account. Solving client’s issues, creating proposals upon client’s requests and caring for customer satisfaction are part of this role’s
responsibility.
・Join the project at proposal phase and understand our solution for a particular client/account. Make understand the customer our capabilities
・Build relationships with the customer. Negotiate with the customer about what is inside and outside SOW
・Manage the progress according to the profitability plan. Anticipate cost over and take necessary measures

・インフラプロジェクトでのPM経験5年以上 (中〜大規模のグローバルプロジェクトで、特にインフラのトランスフォーメーションプロジェクト経験)
・マネージドサービスのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・プロジェクト規模：1契約5億円前後以上複数年契約のITサービスプロジェクト
・お客様のCXOレベルとのコミュニケーション・ネゴシエーションの経験
・オンサイト＆オフショアモデルでの実務経験
・ピープルマネジメントスキル
・英語

・More than 5years of experience as a Project Manager of Infra Project (especially handling and managing the client’s IT Infrastructure Transformation)
・Project management experience in managed services
・IT outsourcing projects with revenue ranging from over 5 million USD and multiple year contract per project
・Experience in communication and negotiation with CXO level personnel at the client side
・Experience in working onsite & offshore model
・Excellent people management skills
・Language : Bilingual (Japanese & English) is desirable
