仕事内容

- Provide excellent technical support, troubleshooting and resolution of issues that may arise on Cisco Voice platform
- Ability to coordinate with SMEs, stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status
- Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes/practices
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations including weekends

必要スキル

- Fluent bilingual communication skills (English & Japanese)
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Cisco products (CUCM, Unity connection, Cisco Expressway and Jabber) and voice gateways - -
- Troubleshooting of Desk phone/jabber registration issues, call drops, voice quality issues
- Excellent understanding of voice protocols (SIP, H.323, SCCP, ISDN).
- Understanding of dial plan, call routing, hunt/call pickup group, Extention Mobility, dial peers and translation profiles
- Good analytical and debugging skills
- Organized, independent, dependable, self-motivated, takes ownership and initiative
