We are looking for suitable candidate for “PSTN Migration Project” having experience in
Testing with each FNO at Lab and Production
Analyzing for testing log
Meeting with FNO and vendors
Creation and confirmation of various materials related to call tests (Creating test items and work manual, reviewing MoP, etc.)""
The Operation Lead from vendor will interact with the Project Manager from the client and required Stakeholders. Operations and Support Team will work with vendor Project Manager as per guidelines. Daily sync up call, Weekly and Adhoc review meeting will be carried out between the client project team, Project manager and vendor. Apart from this the team will communicate on email, phone, VC, Viber, IM as required to make project delivery successful and efficient.


Responsibilities
Responsible to perform lab and production testing
Good skill and experience in analyzing logs and troubleshoot issues
Daily Monitoring, Analysis, Troubleshooting Key KPIs
Responsible to conduct meeting with vendors and get resolved issues
Responsible to create test items and review/execute MOPs
Responsible for creation and confirmation of various materials related to call tests

●Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience
Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English and Japanes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Testing experience in lab and production environment
